WIPER MOTOR PARKING MECHANISM ECCENTRIC COUPLING
This is the Eccentric Coupling located in the wiper motor gear and parking brake assembly. The lug on the coupling eventually snaps due to metal fatigue, rendering the park brake on the wiper motor inoperable.
