How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our website displays live availability and therefore is accurate at the point of ordering. The following represent the various availability options displayed on parts:

  • ITEM IN STOCK: Ready for immediate dispatch
    • This item is in our inventory and will be picked, packed and dispatched within 15 minutes of your order being placed, subject to working hours. 
  • ITEM OUT OF STOCK: Send enquiry
    • This item is out of stock. Click the link to send us an enquiry and we will do a worldwide search for you and let you know what alternatives are available for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be picked packed and dispatched within 15 minutes of placing the order subject to the time of day, and availability of the items (see above for availability). Our dispatch team is UK based and the final courier collection is at 4.30pm GMT Monday through Friday. Placing an order before 4pm would typically mean your order can be dispatched on the same day if the items are in stock. If you have any concerns about your order leaving on the same day please contact our sales team directly on +44 (0)20 8546 2027.

Are there different product options available for parts?

This website offers only aftermarket Rolls-Royce & Bentley parts manufactured to meet or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) specifications under the Prestige Parts® brand. For Original Equipment (OE), Recycled (Used) and Reconditioned Exchange options please refer to any of our resellers who stock a wide range of other options. IntroCar (UK) is the registered home of the Prestige Parts® brand and has a comprehensive website which lists every other available parts option with live availability.

How do I apply for Club or Trade discounts?

We love to support our enthusiasts and fellow industry specialists. If you would like to ensure you are receiving the right discount level simply register an account with IntroCar (UK) - the home of Prestige Parts® - and they will ensure you are set up with the correct account for buying parts with an ongoing discount structure. Email to connect and let them know whether you are a club member or specialist garage.

Do you Price Match?

Yes, we do. Assuming that the product is like for like in quality and material then we will be happy to match the price. You will see a Price Promise button under the images on product pages. Simply fill in the information requested when selecting that button on the product you would like to see matched and we will respond within 1-2 hours Monday to Friday within working hours (9am to 5.30pm)
