When we decided to manufacture rocker shafts for this range of cars, it was natural to look at the companion parts that go with them including these spacer springs. When you replace the rocker shaft, it is normal to stone and rebush the rocker arms.

The Prestige Parts rocker arms however already include the bush machined to the correct size, so you do not need to order a bush or have it rearmed.

The Rocker Shaft (RE16387) may be fitted to any 4.25 litre or 4.5 litre Rolls-Royce or Bentley engine fitted from 1946-54, made out of induction hardened steel. The springs (RE13536) serve to keep the rocker arms in their optimal position through the whole time the engine is running but over time they can start to wear and lose their elasticity compromising the efficiency of your engine. These Prestige Parts Rocker Shafts and Springs are sold boxed and brand new to replace your old spares.
