These hydraulic tappets are also known as Camshaft Followers or Hydraulic Lifters. They are suitable for all Rolls-Royce and Bentley V8 engines up to 2002. There are 16 tappets per engine.

Prestige Parts® hydraulic lifters (or tappets) have been manufactured to the same specification as Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) Bentley hydraulic lifters and feature the latest design with elongated oil recess to promote external lubrication.

The Prestige Parts® lifter features the correct plunger travel to match the valve train used in the Rolls-Royce V8 engine.

Please note that the original designs on older models featured smaller oil grooves and a different external appearance. This design replaces all older versions and is a direct replacement requiring no modifications.

Prestige Parts® hydraulic lifters are tested individually to ensure they meet the highest specification. When buying lifters consider replacing the camshaft at the same time. The profile of the camshaft lobe turns the lifter as the engine runs, and lifters that don't turn will fail, so it is critical that the lobe profile is good.
