FRONT LOWER BEARING PIN BUSH WITH GREASE - UR10489PF-X

This bush is from the suspension section in the Rolls-Royce & Bentley parts catalogues for models built between 1956 to 1965.

This is a polyurethane replacement for the rubber component of the front (UR10489) and rear (UR10490)bearing pins. The polyurethane is an advanced compound that precisely mimics the original rubber component, providing identical properties of shock absorbtion and NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) exhibited by the original bearing pin.

Unlike its rubber counterpart, Polyurethane is impervious to oil, light and age.

To fit, remove the bearing pin from the car and grind away all traces of the original rubber. Lubricate the inside of the bush with grease (supplied), before pressing over the pin. Fit the assembled pin as normal, tightening the 11/16î nut to 150 lb/ft (20.74 Nm).
