EXHAUST GAS TURBOCHARGER, LH (WATER-COOLED) (079145721A)
This is the left hand turbocharger, located on top of the 4.0 Liter V8 engine. The right hand turbocharger is available as Part Number 079145722A. It is recommended to replace both at the same time, along with oil strainer 079115175G, which has been updated to allow an increased flow of oil. Reports suggest that these turbochargers may fail prematurely as a result of oil starvation. A kit of all parts required to replace both turbochargers is also available.
