BLIND GROMMET, HANDBRAKE CABLE APERTURE
This is the rubber blanking grommet fitted to the bulkhead for the unused wiper cable hole. Holes were drilled in both sides to accommodate left and right hand drive cars, and the unused hole blanked with this grommet.
